The Building Environment Research Group, of the Physics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, invites you to the event "The Importance of Radical Energy Renovations in the Schools of Greece and Cyprus | Upgrading the Training of the Radical Energy Renovations of Buildings Workforce", which organizes the Friday, November 3, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m., in the Department of Physics (meeting room).
The event is organized in collaboration with the Cyprus Energy Office, the German DaDiWerk and the Hellenic Passive Building Institute, with funds from the European project UPGREAT* (Upskilling Professionals for deep energy efficiency REnovations: A Tool for better schools) in which the four organizations participate. The event is supported by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The event is of particular interest to young professionals in the construction sector, or those choosing a career in this sector, as well as users of school buildings. Come learn about how a building becomes energy efficient, how an existing building can be energy upgraded, and why industry professionals need to be well trained in this field.
