The Cyprus Energy Office invites you to the event "Energically Upgrading the Building Stock of Cyprus | Historical and Legislative Framework, the Example of Greece and the Importance of Training Professionals in the Construction Sector", organized by Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., at Versatile Municipal Center of Nicosia (Olga Dimitriadis room).
The event is organized in collaboration with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Hellenic Passive Building Institute, with funds from the European project UPGREAT* (Upskilling Professionals for deep energy efficiency REnovations: A Tool for better schools) in which the three organizations participate. The event is supported by the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus, the Human Resources Development Authority and the KNAUF company in Cyprus.
The event is of particular interest to professionals in the construction sector, however, it is open to the whole family, with activities for our little friends as well, in the area outside the event hall. Come and learn about how a building becomes energy efficient, how an existing building can be energy upgraded, and why industry professionals need to be well trained in this field.
