The Cannabis Community project falls under Category B of Investments of the Grant Scheme for Strengthening the Resilience and Adaptation of Communities to Climate Change (Investments to Strengthen the Adaptation and Resilience of Communities to Climate Change).
The project focuses on natural shading solutions in 4 different locations within the Community: the outdoor area of the Church of the Redemption, the Platomata area, the Picnic Area and the Heroes' Monument square. A pergola with climbing plants will be installed in all 4 locations, while the project in the outdoor area of the church will also include tree planting.
