The Interreg Mediterranenan ENERJ supports Local Authorities in implementing energy efficiency actions in public buildings as measures of their local energy and climate policy. It promotes cooperation between Local Authorities on joint energy saving actions. The ENERJ platform facilitates the design of Joint Actions and hosts a database of Local Energy Action Plans and Energy Saving Measures.
